Create a new Tabbed Content Paragraph that allows content to be grouped into
tabs, similar to the horizontal tabbed teaser group, but for content.
Additionally, the paragraph should allow content authors to provide a short
intro or overview for the tab group. Each tab should allow for a short
description to be displayed within the tab item (toc).
