With MAGNOLIA-3962, SCRUM-926 VersionHandler of various modules were cleaned up
(based on the fact, that upgrading to 4.5 requires at least 4.4.6). As
AddMailTemplateTask was no longer used in MailModuleVersionHandler it was
removed - despite that fact that it might be and actually is used in other
modules.
