When activating commenting on an Article from the Author instance this comment
is not accessible by the default user from the public instance.
In 4.5 RC4 when the default user had the forum or commenting group added to his
profile, he was able to see/add comments.
Now, even with the superuser role, he is not able to see/add comments.
Comments from the public instance are avilable when login as superuser.
