Anyone implemented an automated link checker (internal & external) for
Magnolia CMS?

Ideally tasks:

1) Systematically check for link rot(404). On finding a bad link, system tries,
then waits, then tries again. After x attempts, system notes link as dead/bad.

2) System creates a list of links and provides information on number of
attempts, time and date of attempts.

3) Owner/last editor of pages with dead links receives automated email
notifying of 404s, meaning they can change context of information, change or
add another link etc. - without the need for feedback from site visitors.

By internal = links within content in the CMS. by external = third party sites.

Thanks!
