Description: We need tooltips for all icons on the edit bars with a very short explanation what the command behind the icon does.



Please use the following labels:

* on area edit bar: "Edit area", "Move area", "Delete  optional  area", "Add optional area" (av. on optional areas only)

* on component edit bar: "Edit component", "Move component" , "Delete component"
* on component placeholder: "Add new XY" (with XY being the type of component, e.g. "Add new link" )
