We need tooltips for all icons on the edit bars with a very short explanation what the command behind the icon does.
Please use the following labels:
- on area edit bar: "Edit area", "Move area", "Delete area", "Add optional area" (av. on optional areas only)
- on component edit bar: "Edit component", "Move component", "Delete component"
- on component placeholder: "Add new XY" (with XY being the type of component, e.g. "Add new link"
