Description:

Cannot reproduce reliably.
- Sometimes happens after closing a dialog.
- Sometimes happens after clicking the browser page reload button.
The ui in the subapp does not respond to mouse movement or clicks, ie, nothing hilights on rollover and the mouse cursor does not change to pointer.
UI above the subapp is still responsive.
Opening and closing shell app fixes the problem.
Assumption: problem is that "modal curtain" from a dialog is not properly disposed of.
