As part of trying to stop polluting the {{info.magnolia}} namespace, the bundle artifacts could use their own group id.
With MGNLEE-306, we did for the EE bundle. Let's do the same for CE bundle.
Main group ID should be {{info.magnolia.bundle}}
Tests submodules should be in group {{info.magnolia.bundle.

(?) {{magnolia-empty-webapp}} is a currently debated case. {{info.magnolia.webapp}} or {{info.magnolia}} or {{info.magnolia.bundle}} - i find the latter confusing because it doesn't have much to do with bundling.
