I have been able to work with the sample Magnolia Blossom project by installing it from http://git.magnolia-cms.com/git/modules/blossom/samples.git
When I compile this with Maven it creates a war file that I am dropping into the webapp folder of my standalone Tomcat server. When Tomcat starts it essentially installs Magnolia. I would like create a streamlined .war or .jar file that I can install on the author instance that uses the Magnolia that is already installed there. So I'm wondering what I can do to get a streamlined .war file that does not install everything OR be able to retool the sample blossom app to this end. Thanks P.S. The sample webapp is the only thing I've been able to use to get my templates working.
