I'd say, sure come along !! but can't speak for everyone..
Maybe one good thing is to allow most people who are really interest
to come.
Then depending on the amount of people, we could try to make small
workgroups during the three days on different topics concerning
magnolia.
What do you think ?

I agree. There is a lot we can achieve if we get together and hammer
out how to proceed from here.
May I suggest that anybody who is interested (well I assume the core
devs will definitely be there) write his name in the wiki section, so
we know who is interested. Also if any of the core members thinks
this is a stupid idea, let me know. We need to get organized fast, as
many interesting locations need early booking confirmations.
What do you think about doing a three day meeting - Friday/Saturday/
