Maybe one good thing is to allow most people who are really interest to come. Then depending on the amount of people, we could try to make small workgroups during the three days on different topics concerning magnolia.
I agree. Even if we have major topics we discuss together, it will make sense to build subgroups (assumed there are enough geeks) for specific topics.
