Hi Todd,

Check to see that d:\ihwy\opensrs and all directories below it have READ
privilege granted for IUSR_machinename.

If not:

   cacls d:\ihwy\opensrs /t /e /g IUSR_machinename:R

will do the trick.

Please let me know if this resolves the problem.

You might also check to be certain that Blowfish_PP is properly installed.
Launch PPM and issue the following command:

   query Crypt [ENTER]

You should get back "Crypt-Blowfish_PP [1.11]".  If not, try reinstalling.
