I'm seeing the same problem Michael.  I got every single message during
testing but since going live haven't received the message on roughly a third
of the domains registered so far.  What can we do, make ourselves and Tucows
look stupid by telling them that their information must be floating around
cyberspace somewhere?  We went on a direct connect to the bank using a
self-styled template, and 1 out of the 4 domains registered since didn't get
sent.  At this rate we'll be lucky to break even.

I'm going to strip the cc info and write a separate script for the credit
cards.  They'll have to re-type some information, but it will be dependable.
If your problem persists, I'll be glad to send you a copy when I get it
done.
