Hello,
I have a question for any body who can possibly help me (since the answers
that I get back from OpenSRS support are vague and cryptic).
I was told to go live with the "Full Access" after successfully installing
the client program and passing the RITE testing. OpenSRS told me to add
rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net to the OpenSRS.config file.
I changed this section of the config file:
%OPENSRS = (
username => $USERNAME,
private_key => $PRIVATE_KEY,
REMOTE_PORT => 50000,
REMOTE_HOST => "rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net",
LOOKUP_REMOTE_PORT => 51000,
LOOKUP_REMOTE_HOST => "rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net",
That still did not work. Now when I try to do a domain lookup or transfer a
domain I get errors.
When I wrote to OpenSRS support, all they told me was that ,"Yes, I had
changed the correct places in the OpenSRS.conf file, but that was not the
only place that needed to change".
That is all the support person told me. A little lacking in detail.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to take this thing from "test" to "live"?
