I'm looking into things further on the support side...
Some suggestions - running verify_install.cgi can give you much better
information - you're best using a newer version located at
http://www.opensrs.org/src/unsupported
Also, ensure that you've generated your CRYPT key at
http://resellers.opensrs.net - the "Test" and "Live" systems use different
databases and require a different key for access. Keep a copy of your
previous OpenSRS.conf file so that you can still access the test system if
you desire (it's open to you at anytime you wish to test new code
implementations and alterations).
