rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net down?

Hi all,

Is it just me or is rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net flapping up and down today?  It
has been down for a long while now, comes up for a few minutes, then goes
back down.  I have a customer on my back since morning and I have not been
able to change their nameserver, because the reseller interface does not
stay up long enough.
