They can't renew at another RSP site without first faxing to OpenSRS
requesting that the domain be transferred to the other RSP. At the time
of transfer the domain should be removed from your active domains list and
added to the other RSP's active domains list. An RSP cannot add
years to a domain that is not listed in their own active domains list.
