Since OpenSRS is an "open" registry, no one reseller "owns" it's customer
base, rather any OpenSRS reseller can manage another's domains with the
proper username/paassword at any other resellers management interface.
Whether that entails adding years, or in effect re-registering the domain
with another reseller interface, that's a technicality best left to the
OpenSRS crew.
As far as I can see this is not possible with the current client code.
