authorization error

I have had NO problems in test environment. All went fine. Now, since I am 
in live environment, I get an "authorization error"  (Authentication 
failed) when registering domains.

I have changed the private key and inserted it into the conf file, I have 
the right host (rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net) and all seems to work fine.

Just at the end, when I have filled out the form, it gives me this error.

what could it be?
