As a side note, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a good resource for these
questions, as well as assistance in the Support FAQ

Ensure that you've generated the key on the correct system - keys
generated on http://resellers-test.opensrs.net will only work with
horizon.  Keys generated on http://resellers.opensrs.net will only work
with rr-n1-tor

Make sure there's no leading/trailing spaces between the quotes for
$PRIVATE_KEY in OpenSRS.conf

You can try running just verify_install.cgi - it checks various setups in
your system, as well as attempts to login.  This can provide you with
further information.
