Hello.
I'm having troubles upgrading .on.ca domain to .ca domains with the
reg_system.cgi script. I've tried quite a few different things without any
luck. The problems I'm having are then the system goes to register the .ca
domain at the very end of the process. The error I get is as follows.
Registration attempt for phoneworks.ca failed: Can't retreive annivesary
date of pre-registered domain.
phoneworks.on.ca processed with order # 1281189.
The error its getting is obvious, because there is no annivesary date for
the domain because its not pre-registered. Someone told me to try
resubmitting this by going back clicking on order now, but that didn't
work, I've ran the verifty_install.cgi on the scripts and it returns no
errors. The script works find on registering any type of domain as a new
registration, and does .on.ca & .ca pre-registrations with CIRA fine, but
it will not do upgrades. (which I obviously need to get working very soon,
in order to get them threw by Nov.1st)
So if anyone could help me out on this, it'd be much appreciated.
