And it will be up to the sponsoring reseller to grant that or
not; assuming they've got just cause for withholding the OpenSRS info (I
mean, if you're granted the same access priveledges as you would be via
OpenSRS, then... what does it matter?)

Some resellers like to stay as invisible as possible to the OpenSRS
process.
