Has anybody else had trouble with registering .CA domains with the test environment?
.COM registration works just fine, but when I try to sw_register a .CA domain, the socket connection invariably times out. The really weird thing is that when I look in the web management interface, the request seems to have been received and processed appropriately. The .CA domain lookup alone takes 18 seconds. The registration hangs for over 60 seconds and then times out. In contrast, .COM lookups take 1 second, and registration takes 6 seconds. I'm left with a situation in which I can't distinguish between a failed socket connection and a successful transaction. Has anybody else had trouble with this? Is it specific to the test environment?
