I totally agree.  When you've got this in whois for everybody:

           Registrar: TUCOWS, INC.
           Whois Server: whois.opensrs.net
           Referral URL: http://www.opensrs.org

how much more clearly do you need to show who the registar is?

Since this is clearly not tucows' fault, who's the guy at ICANN we can
whine to?
