I will rephrase the message to see if it helps... The name server named 'host.gihs.com' has never been used at the .info registry. You will need to make sure that name server host name is spelled correctly and if so, register it as a valid name server host at the .info registry. You can do this via the RWI, however in the future I would suggest reading the documentation, FAQs, etc. to get more familiar with the tools.
