Thank you all for responding and suggesting that I setup the default client and just parse the results.

I did consider this before asking anyone for help.

The problem with this is that I have no PERL, or PHP knowledge or experiance or available resources. I also do not have any Linux buddies I could possibly echange favors with.

I have tried my best to wade though the PERL, and PHP code, but it's just too foriegn and modular for me to trace it by hand / brain.

So I'm completely SOL regarding PERL and PHP. I'm also in a bit of disbelief that I'm the first / only person to hit this rather hard Windows Implementation wall. ;-)
