You didn't mention which domain "this domain" is, but I'm guessing it's a domain name that doesn't end in ".com" or ".net" -- for example, a ".org" domain, correct? If so, it's normal for it not to show the IP addresses, and it's normal for it to not accept these nameservers if they've never been used before for a domain ending with (for example) ".org". You need to login to your reseller account, click "Add Nameserver to All Foreign Registries", and add the two nameservers.
