Unexpected response received from the Registry

Hi,

 I am using v2.75 XML based API, checking for availability of a com
domain gave me following error.
 It would be of great help if anyone can point me to a documentation
which describes this error or if you can explain this problem.

    <item key="response_text">Unexpected response received from the
Registry: [705] [No RAs to service your domain]</item>
    <item key="is_success">0</item>
    <item key="response_code">436</item>
