Emil, Not exactly -- since the challenge came back to me, I can respond to it and you'll still receive the message.
Again, in case it isn't incredibly clear, a number of us were very unhappy with OpenSRS for suddenly dumping a challenge-response system on us without warning. If the challenge came from you and not OpenSRS I would have deleted it and that would be the end of it.
