I guess I'm a little tardy on the Thank You. Some one from OpenSRS sent some code also. I just handed it over to my son and let him take care of it. He went through the first 2 1/2 chapters of the "llama" book and had enough to get it working. To him "code is code" and he just needed a little syntax.

He is a little more experienced with PHP from doing some integration work for some stuff we did with Horde.

Thanks again

Ken

Hello, Ken and Christian!

One of the things that we're planning to do very early in the new year is to supplement the API documentation with more example code. In the beginning, it'll be me providing examples bit by bit, but over time, I hope to have a body of example code for people to work with. I know that I feel much better when I have some example code to work from, and I suspect that it's the same for most developers.

I' might as well declare it noew: 2005 will be the year of example code!

The bad news is that I've made a career out of avoiding Perl; I'm more of a Python guy. It's most likely that my examples will be written in PHP4/PHP5 and one of the ASP/ASP.NET languages. I'll try to recruit someone to translate my example code into Perl (and any other languages for which I lack the skill or time to cover).

As for the Blogware API wrapper, I've already started writing example code for that; I should have some up early in the new year.

In the meantime, my thanks to Christian for handling Ken's question!
