Broadly speaking, here's the status of the 3 big pieces we need to
complete getUM() support on b2g:
- A low-level Camera Control API. This is well underway, and we should
be able to land that in the coming weeks (damn leaks!).
- Hardware accelerated preview. We share this with people working on
media decoding and gfx. It looks like it's on track.
- Web Activities, used to launch apps providing getUM({picture}) and
getUM({video}). I'm finishing up patches, and the plan is to land that
before July 20.
