One web site that is large to some and medium to others is webex. It deals with 
lots of recordings and the production version today does not support Opus. 

However, I would still be in favorer of using  opus for the webex site. It 
aligns better with future direction and as derf pointed out,  it is very easy 
to add. As an added benefit, it means we get to use one codec for a wide 
variety of different uses cases instead of a handful of differ codecs for 
narrowband, wideband, etc. 

So +1 opus for this.
