I just installed Firefox 24 on my Galaxy Nexus. It worked great in my conferencing app using both audio and video.
Couple small issues I noticed: The first LocalMediaStream that I accessed was audio only. I then closed that media stream and requested a new one that was audio/video -- GUM did not work. I got the device selection popup, agreed to share, then nothing. After closing the browser, then opening it again and requesting audio/video, GUM worked as expected. GUM's device selection popup had the rear camera selected by default -- I would expect the front camera selected.
