Opus is certainly capable of live music. There are a couple of things
affecting your use here:
If you're recording music with a microphone, make sure it's stereo and
supports 48 kHz recording.
I'll note that for the moment, we're capturing at 16000Hz and using the
same for the output playback stream. This will be relaxed as we add
more getUserMedia constraints and plumb more rate sensitivity through
the system.
