FF 27 does support TURN.

This doesn't look right. It should be more like:
{ url:"turn:turn.example.org?transport=udp",
username: "jib", credential:"mypass"}
Can you send me exactly what you have, perhaps with the
sensitive stuff redacted? Feel free to send it privately
if that works better for you.
