What's the exact syntax you're using for the STUN/TURN settings? (you can replace the servernames with foo.com if you want).
What firefox version? Have you tried it with a Nightly or Aurora build? (http://nightly.mozilla.org/ or http://aurora.mozilla.org/)
No extra candidates are returned in the onicecandidate callback either.
When you go to about:webrtc, what does it show? There's a button on the bottom to show the internal logs for ICE as well.
