Hi, I was just curious if there are any plans to alter Firefox's gUM call, specifically the permissions aspect of it. In Chrome (with https), giving permissions one time is all that is necessary for a given site. Chrome http behaves just like Firefox does (in both https and http), asking for permission every time. The most flexible gUM call seems to be in Opera, where you have a choice between allowing permission just this once, for this whole session, or whenever you are on the given site. Is there any chance Firefox's gUM call will be more like one of the others, so a user only has to click allow once on your site?
Starting in Firefox 30, you should see the drop-down menu next to "Share Selected Devices" expand to include new options of "Always Share" and "Never Share."
