If I add an extra m-line to remote descrition, I'm getting a "Wrong SDP: Offer and answer have different number of m-lines (2 vs 3)" error. I don't understand why must they be the same size. If I'm sending a single video stream what should restrict me from receiving two ones ?
Actually the third m-line is needed for the browser to accept PLI packets which are coming with SSRC different from the peers SSRC (the server produces PLI packets with SSRC unique for a conference). And it works for Chrome.
