Are we talking about just dropping linux32 _tests_, or dropping linux32 _support_?
Because if we're keeping support, and linux32 is the only non-APZ confiration, then not only do we need to keep the non-APZ code but we need to keep the tests that might depend on APZ vs non-APZ, no?
