On 2020/10/19 our operations team will enable abuse protection measures
in front of buzilla.mozilla.org (BMO). In the event that you are
blocked by this system you will receive a 429 error. If you feel this
is in error please reach out to the BMO and/or operations team via #bmo
on Slack or the #bugzilla.mozilla.org channel on Matrix.
The infrastructure being deployed is a centralised reputation system
that is currently used to protect various other Firefox systems,
including Firefox Accounts and Sync. More information can be found at
https://github.com/mozilla-services/iprepd.
