Hi all,

I intend to turn OpaqueResponseBlocking on by default on desktop starting
with version 118. It has been developed behind the
browser.opaqueResponseBlocking and
browser.opaqueResponseBlocking.javascriptValidator preference. We have a
few other ORB related prefs, though they don't need to be changed.

ORB has been enabled by default on Nightly and Early Beta since 113 and on
full Beta since 115. We launched the staged rollout to Release users from
116 starting with 1% and currently at 20%. Based on the analysis, including
telemetry, web-compat reports and comparison with Chrome's implementation,
we believe ORB is ready to be shipped.

*Bug to turn on by default*:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1851143

Standard: https://github.com/annevk/orb - Although this is not yet merged
into the standard, there's a broder support of this given we have a strong
interest in ORB and Chrome has a partially implemented ORB shipped
already.

Thanks!

Sean
