Because the concerns you have raised are not requirements of the Mozilla CA Inclusion Policy, nor do they appear to be part of the Baseline Requirements. At more fundamental question is whether the concerns you raised present risk to relying party communities. While you personally may feel they do, I'm not sure that's a reasonable conclusion, but I'm still working through your feedback as well to see whether it's reasonable.
