Gerv, thank you so much for all of your hard work over the years. I first 
contacted you when you reached out for tech evangelism help for SSLv2 
(https://blog.gerv.net/2005/09/ssl2_must_die/) back in 2005. You helped me come 
up with the plan for contacting sites and I filed 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=ssl2

You also gave me my “editbugs” permissions in b.m.o, and my interest in FOSS, 
the web, and security snowballed from there.

More recently I’ve been following your posts and hard work here in 
mozilla.dev.security.policy. Your work has undoubtedly improved the security of 
millions of users around the world.

Thank you for everything, and I wish you all the best for the challenges ahead.
