Do you think it would be useful for me to file issues in GitHub for each of those requirements in the draft ballot and label them for consideration in v2.7.1 of Mozilla's Root Store Policy?
Such issues could be closed without discussion in m.d.s.p if the CABF ballot includes them and passes.
I see pros and cons about doing this (filing the Github issues), but am not opposed to it if you think it would help.
