That works over all, but I still think that "I'm OK with" isn't strong enough a 
message for DNT: 0. Feels like that needs to be a much more deliberate 
statement of intent so it's clearly differentiated from the neutral state. I 
also wish we could shorten the language of that middle state below, but I do 
like how explicit and clear it is now (though we're going to run into problems 
on mobile).

Here's chofmann's version with some tweaks from me:

Tell websites:
" [ ] I do not want advertisers to track my Web use
" [ ] I want advertisers to track and retain my Web use across sites and 
provide targeted content"

" [ * ] I haven't made choice or I'm not interested in the topic of website 
tracking"

The other question is what order we present the options in. I think {no, 
neutral, yes} makes the most sense, but I'm curious what others think on that 
(I can also see the logic in the above order).
