FWIW, I haven't heard a good word about the NSS build experience in the years that I've been around, and plenty of bad ones. Ted's work to move NSS to gyp [1] might change that, though. (OTOH, Servo doesn't currently depend on gyp AFAIK, so that might not be an unequivocal plus.)
