This function [1] used from [2] should return true for your
certificate. If there is a private key, then you should see it in the
user tab. However, the code for putting certs to the right tab is not
perfect.
Then, check nickname of your certificates is visible in the certificate
viewer and that it doesn't contain any special characters, I have seen a
bug with a malformed nickname and putting a cert to a different tab.
