- Documentation
We have some scattered documentation. A lot of stuff is outdated (eg.
mentions TraceMonkey). We should try to update some of it and move
them MDN.
Feel free to ask me for any IonMonkey details. I spent a few hours
explaining the same thing to people inside the MV office, I just need to
allocate time to spend on the documentation. Do we have a structure that we
can follow or point of interest that needs to be documented?
- Meetings
We should have Bi-weekly public (vidyo or Google+ hangout kind of
thing) meetings.
There is the platform meeting, but it would be better for the communication
among the JS Team to provide a common meeting point where we can discuss
changes. I am thinking of remote employee and the community too.
For outside people it's very hard to follow what goes
on in the "JS pit".
"Monkey Island" works too :)
- outsider work weeks?
If anybody in/near France wants to discuss in person, I can share my travel
schedule with them if this can help. I am frequently coming back to the
Paris office on my own.
I think a part of the JS Team is not used to work much with remotes,
including my-self. We are doing our best, but it is not as easy to explain
when there is no black board.
I noticed that we have fewer work weeks than other team, Inviting
contributors to our work weeks should also remind us that we are not alone
and that we are working with/for the community. This not only for
discussing the project but mainly to bound people together such as the term
"JS Team" can have boundaries out-side employees circle.

I agree, we should show them how thankful we are and show them of proud they
should be.
