Thanks for posting this, Tom. There are a lot of good ideas in there. Too many to do at once, so I think we'll start with 1 or 2, and then think about doing others over time. So expect to see something soon.
In your last post, you mentioned meetings and meeting notes as being the things you want most. Those are actually two of the things I want to think about more. In the meantime, could you tell me more about what those might look like, and how they would help you? I ask because in my experience regular staff meetings are disruptive and often not very useful or engaging, so I'd like to hear more about what a *good* meeting would look like. Similarly with the notes--what would you want to see, and how would that help you?
