Traffic analysis tries to extract versions too, and is paid for based on how 
accurate it is, thus has incentive to be as complete as possible.  Web sites 
just care about the "most common" versions, typically.  I would be surprised to 
find a site sniffing for "BonEcho", much less "Turboaardvark".
